Summit Commercial Cleaning is hiring a reliable cleaning technician to support our growing operations.
This role will focus primarily on apartment turnovers, with opportunities to assist on commercial cleaning accounts as we expand.
Responsibilities:
- Apartment turnover cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, full wipe-downs)
- General commercial cleaning (offices, common areas, etc.)
- Following structured cleaning checklists and standards
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail
Schedule & Hours:
- Flexible schedule (typically 10–25 hours/week to start)
- Workload varies week to week (some weeks lighter, some busier)
- Most work occurs Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities
- Opportunity for more consistent hours as we grow
Pay:
- $18–$20 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and pay over time
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be responsive and able to confirm scheduled jobs
- Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a 30 mile radius around Gastonia
