Cleaning Technician (Apartments + Commercial | Growth Opportunity)

Summit Commercial Cleaning is hiring a reliable cleaning technician to support our growing operations.

This role will focus primarily on apartment turnovers, with opportunities to assist on commercial cleaning accounts as we expand.

Responsibilities:

• Apartment turnover cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, full wipe-downs)
• General commercial cleaning (offices, common areas, etc.)
• Following structured cleaning checklists and standards
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail

Schedule & Hours:

• Flexible schedule (typically 10–25 hours/week to start)
• Workload varies week to week (some weeks lighter, some busier)
• Most work occurs Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities
• Opportunity for more consistent hours as we grow

Pay:

• $18–$20 per hour (based on experience and performance)
• Opportunities for increased responsibility and pay over time

Requirements:

• Must be responsive and able to confirm scheduled jobs
• Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule
• Ability to work in a 30 mile radius around Gastonia
