Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and courteously
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure consistent availability for residents and visitors
- Follow proper sanitation procedures during cleaning routines to prevent contamination and promote health safety
- Support custodial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and light maintenance as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of floor care methods such as polishing, vacuuming carpets, and stain removal techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required
