Private residential high school in Upper Nyack, NY is seeking a Full-Time Residential Childcare Worker.
Schedule: Weekdays and Weekend evening hours from 4pm to 12am.
Sample Schedules
Schedule 1: Wed 4-12, Thurs 4-12, Fri 4-12, Sat 8-4pm, & Sun 4 - 12
Schedule 2: Sun 8-12, Mon 4-12, T-Off, W-Off, Th-Off, Fri 4-12, Sat 4-12
Schedule 3: Fri 4-12, Sat 8-12, Sun 8-12, Off- M, T, W, Th
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* The general care, supervision and safety of all children in Summit’s care
- Actively supervising and interacting with all students in his/her care
- Enabling honest, safe and effective communication between him/herself and the students in his/her care.
* Maintaining the highest level of professional conduct and integrity
- Arriving to the location of assigned shift on time and ready to begin tasks.
- Promoting effective team work, cooperation, professionalism and communication among program personnel.
Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
