Management Trainee – Recruiting & Operations

What you’ll do
- Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates.
- Build client relationships and coordinate hiring.
- Support employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Learn daily staffing and branch operations.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your growth and earning potential
- Recruiter: $50,000 annually; target milestone around month 4.
- Account Manager: $55,000 annually; target milestone around months 7–8.
- Operations Manager: $55,000 base plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses, with total annual earning potential approximately $65,000 ; target milestone around month 12.
Advancement depends on performance, readiness, and available business opportunities.
Training, team, and schedule
Learn recruiting, client service, employee management, and operations with continuous coaching and advanced technology, including AI tools. Our team values ownership, integrity, service, and openness to feedback.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 5 p.m., with occasional earlier or later hours based on operational needs.
Team outings and performance incentives include an international trip for qualifying top performers.
