What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trading Card Sales Specialist position at Summit Cards and Collectibles?
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable TCG Enthusiast to join our local TCG shop! We specialize in Pokémon, One Piece, and Magic: The Gathering, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys customer service and all things TCG.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Ring up customers accurately using our POS system
- Answer the phone and assist with questions about products, events, and hours
- Help customers find products and make recommendations
- Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with events, tournaments, and community nights
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Interest in Pokémon, One Piece, Magic, or TCGs in general (playing is a plus!)
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Comfortable handling cash and card transactions
- Able to work evenings/weekends
- Ability to use computers, tablets, smartphones
- Shopify experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
