Janitorial Site Supervisor

Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced supervisor to grow with our team. This would be a site supervisor position with an assigned building and team of employees. This position would include running a power washer and running a tow motor. You may still be required to travel to other accounts as needed.

40 hours weekly: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly

You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass drug test and background check.

Job Duties Include:

• Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints in a timely manner
• Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
• Coverage of janitorial duties in the event of employee absence
• Disciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessary
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
• Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
• Complete work tickets
• Recommendation of special project work when needed
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
• Any other duties, as assigned.
