Key responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Process customer policy changes and premium payments promptly and accurately
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and offer additional coverage options
- Present and explain policy options based on each client’s needs
- Share information on new products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client retention and loyalty
- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact
Qualifications:
- Active Personal Lines P&C license – REQUIRED
- At least 2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Positive, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor
- Strong multitasking and follow-through abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service expertise and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
