What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, with strong client servicing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a generalist book of personal insurance clients. High Net Worth experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Experience working with carriers such as Chubb, Berkley One, Cincinnati, Travelers, Encompass, Hanover, and similar.
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
