">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy renewals, endorsements, and general account management
- Process and review new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing to meet client needs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
">- ~2 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- ~ State insurance license in Property & Casualty required
- ~ Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, auto, and workers' compensation
- ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- ~ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- ~ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
What We Offer:
">- $65,000 - $80,000 salary plus bonus, depending on experience
