Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Nursing and Recovery Professional to join our team on-site at our facility in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients, administering medications, monitoring recovery progress, and ensuring the implementation of individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain detailed patient records, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and recovery.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or addiction recovery settings
- Competency in patient care, medication administration, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dual diagnosis treatments or experience in group therapy is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred, but not required
