Position Overview

Summit Benefit Advisors is seeking motivated and professional Medicare Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity for individuals who are driven, coachable, and passionate about helping seniors understand their Medicare options.

Agents will work with inbound and outbound leads, educate clients on Medicare products, and assist individuals in finding coverage that fits their healthcare and financial needs.

Whether you are experienced in Medicare sales or looking to grow your insurance career, we provide training, support, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
• Conduct phone appointments and virtual consultations from your home office
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
• Meet individual production and performance goals
• Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Accurately document client interactions and enrollments
• Cross-sell ancillary products when appropriate, including:
• • Dental/Vision/Hearing
  • Hospital Indemnity
  • Cancer, Heart Attack & Stroke
  • Final Expense/Life Insurance

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Professional phone presence
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
