Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Registered Line Technician
Lafayette, LA | Full-Time | Daytime Hours
Pay: $14–15/hour (based on experience/credentials/degree)
Schedule: 7:45–3:15 (4:00 on Mondays)

Your Role
Provide 1:1 ABA services focused on developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Foster a positive and encouraging environment
Support clients ages 18 months–21 years
Collect and summarize session data to track progress
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members who share a commitment to kindness, service, and excellence

Requirements
Age 21
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
Ability to stay active and lift up to 50 lbs
Willing to complete RBT certification within 6 months (paid training provided)
Preferred
Degree in psychology, ABA, education, or related field
Experience with children or individuals with disabilities
