Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits with confidence and clarity
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through effective upselling, cross-selling, and personalized customer support
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress while maintaining organized inventory control
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts with dealership partners or corporate clients to expand market reach
- Participate in marketing initiatives, public speaking events, and outreach activities to promote our automotive offerings and brand presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end vehicles or dealership environments
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred)
- Demonstrated success in building a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, cold calling, and networking
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales processes effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for handling multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Experience in B2B sales or dealership environments is highly desirable; automotive knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented setting; self-motivated with a proactive attitude
