Are you mechanically inclined with a passion for delivering top-quality work? Our locally-owned auto glass shop is hiring a dedicated Auto Glass Technician to join our team! We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to going the extra mile to get the job done right. You will receive premier industry training, that will prepare you to become one of the top technicians in the state. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work late to finish a job, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Install and repair auto glass (windshields, windows, and more) with precision and care.
• Use mechanical skills to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every job meets our high standards.
• Work independently or with a team, sometimes staying late to complete time-sensitive projects.
• Learn and grow with hands-on training (no prior auto glass experience required!).

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using tools and solving technical problems.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and ready to go above and beyond.
• Attention to Detail: Takes pride in delivering flawless results every time.
• Willingness to Work Late: Flexible to stay until the job is done, when needed.
• Prior Experience (Preferred): Auto glass repair or replacement experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
