Summit Athletic Club of St. George, UT is actively expanding our Membership Services team and is seeking motivated, sales-driven individuals to join us as Setter Sales Representatives. Position Overview – Setter Role
Setters are responsible for first contact with potential members, light qualification, and preparing prospects for a successful closer call or in-club appointment. This role plays a vital part in the sales process and member experience.
Responsibilities
First point of contact for new leads
Direct messages (DMs)
Inbound and outbound calls
Follow-up on form submissions
Light qualification of prospects
Cancel save outreach
Inactive Member - reengagement calls
Welcome calls for new members
Scheduling coaching appointments
Backup support for tours when needed

As part of the Membership Services team, you bring a positive, energetic attitude to work. You confidently communicate with prospects and members, answer questions, gather information, and guide individuals toward the next step in their fitness journey. Relationship-building and consistent follow-up are key to your success.
Qualifications
Sales experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing personality; comfortable interacting with all personality types
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Professional Phone Communication Preferred
