Cabinet Maker / Architectural Millworker

Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, wall panels, and related components according to shop drawings and specifications.
- Safely and accurately operate woodworking machinery, including CNC equipment, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and hand tools.
- Install and fit doors, drawers, hinges, slides, pulls, and other hardware with precision.
- Work closely with engineering, finishing, and production teams to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy, fit, and craftsmanship before finishing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in cabinetmaking, architectural millwork, or custom woodworking.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and measurements accurately.
- Experience with veneering, laminating, edge banding, and joinery techniques.
- Experience operating woodworking machinery and production equipment.
- Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, CNC programming, or Microvellum is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
