Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various operations within our establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and inventory control, with the ability to adapt to different tasks as needed. You will guide the team by delegating tasks to create and maintain customer satisfaction. You will help lead and provide quality check in times, a safety first atmosphere, a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Summit’s code of conduct and guiding principles.
Duties
- Assist in daily operations across multiple departments.
- Support training development initiatives for new staff members to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during peak service periods to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or leadership roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to assist in various roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
