Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Boat Lift Assemblers and Installers to join our team. Assemblers/installers assist with the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of components and products for boat lifts. They must also maintain clean work areas and follow detailed instructions to meet safety and quality requirements.
Duties:
Assemblers/Installers must have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail.
- The ability to take direction and willingness to learn daily in a tradesman field.
- Assist in assembling, installing, and relocating lifts
- Move parts and equipment as needed
- Other tasks as needed or directed
- Work with other team members to assemble products
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry
- Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures
- Willingness to work outside, including some inclement weather.
Requirements
- A High school diploma or GED
- Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and problem-solve as issues arise.
- Attention to detail and use of basic hand and power tools.
- Welding experience is a plus, but not required
- Skilled in mechanics
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.0 – 55.0 per week
