Asphalt Plant Attendant

Job Summary:

Summers-Taylor is seeking a Groundman for our Asphalt Plant. The groundman is a hardworking individual who will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of the plant. You will work closely with plant personnel, operators, drivers, and machinery around the plant. Keeping the plant clean and organized will be critical for safety and production. Hours and plant location may fluctuate as the seasons change.

Job Duties:

• Keeps asphalt plant grounds clean and organized.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery.

• Assists in loading and unloading materials when needed.

• Ensure safety measures are met continuously.
