Responsibilities
- Assist skilled plumbers in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential settings
- Support the installation, testing, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Attend accredited classes and accumulate hours toward obtaining a journeyman license
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the companys commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools
- Willingness to be available for on-call hours as needed
- Ability to crawl, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong desire to learn new skills and grow within the trade
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
$18 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
