What You'll Do

As a Lead HVAC Installer, youll take ownership of residential HVAC installation projects while leading your assistant installer and creating an exceptional experience for the homeowner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment

• Communicate with homeowners throughout the installation and answer questions professionally

• Treat every customer's home and property with care and respect

• Train, coach, and mentor assistant HVAC installers

• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards

• Modify existing ductwork and fabricate custom sheet metal transitions when necessary

• Properly evacuate, charge, and commission HVAC systems

• Handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA and Clean Air Act requirements

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Perform final system checks to ensure equipment is operating correctly

• Work alongside our sales, service, installation, and leadership teams to provide an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

Were looking for someone who knows HVAC installation, takes pride in doing the job right, and understands the importance of taking care of the customer.

• Residential HVAC installation experience

• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, and related equipment

• Ability to lead an installation and direct an assistant installer

• Sheet metal and ductwork modification experience

• Knowledge of proper refrigerant handling, evacuation, charging, and system startup

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to safely lift and maneuver residential HVAC equipment

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Pay & Production

$60,000 - $90,000 Annual Earning Opportunity
