Optical Associate
Summers Optical, a family owned optical in Hopkinsville, Ky. is seeking a full time Optical Associate/ Optician. Must be self- motivated, reliable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and exhibit outstanding customer service skills. Experience in optical preferred. Duties include helping patients with prescription eyeglass and contact lens choices, fitting, and dispensing glasses and contact lenses, verifying Insurances, insurance billing/ administrative duties. Potential for the right candidate to further their career in optics, to become a licensed Optician. Hours are M-F 8:30-5:00. No nights or weekends. Salary commensurate with experience.
