Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Ft. Wayne, IN is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to be in charge of the job site which includes training an assistant installer, handling any questions or concerns a customer may have, and overlooking the job to ensure the equipment functions properly.
This vital position works Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm or when the job is finished and earns industry-leading pay spiffs and commissions, around $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. - Physically able to lift and place residential HVAC equipment
- Can focus on keeping a safe work environment
- Able to charge and handle refrigerant per the Clean Air Act.
