HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS ROLE
As an HVAC Installation Manager, your day starts with a quick team meeting to review the day's goals and KPIs. As the leader of the HVAC installation department, you oversee the entire installation process, ensuring each job stays on track. You are in charge of maintaining the inventory and making sure the team has everything they need to succeed. Throughout the day, you monitor progress, resolve customer concerns, and keep an eye on both the quality and timeliness of the installations. When any challenges arise, you're there to step in and guide the team to success.
SCHEDULE & QUALIFICATIONS
Schedule: This is a full-time heating and cooling position, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Minimum Role Requirements:
- Allen County HVAC Supervisory License
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
