Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting/Financial individual to join our team. Individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, grant invoicing, bill payment and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non profit and governmental accounting, as well as experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
Duties:
- Payment of invoices, entry of recievables.
- Monthly prepare billing invoices for grants and reporting.
- HR reporting of tax payments, compliance reporting, etc.
- Preparation of budgets and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year
- Other duties as required
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to Director and Board.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and positive attitude.
