We are seeking to hire an experienced residential project manager to help manage multiple high-end custom homes. Homes average $4,000,000 and up. Experience is a must! Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, Bluebeam Revu and Gantt scheduling is required.
Must possess an ability to handle multiple projects and will be client facing. We stress that experience in this realm is a requirement.
We are a small, happy, efficient and hard working team producing top quality homes and are looking for a candidate that will mesh well with our team and be productive from the start.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
