We are looking for experienced teachers or people who are willing to learn. To plan and implement an age-appropriate curriculum, a teacher who will promote social, emotional and cognitive development while keeping a safe and nurturing classroom environment for all children. Summerlin is looking for committed teachers to help make our center a success while creating long-term relationships with our students, parents and fellow staff! Summerlin offers both full-time and part-time positions at a competitive pay rate based on experience, paid holidays and PTO.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Kinder In our Pre-K classroom, we are looking for a teacher that can create a safe and inviting learning environment. In our program we focus on education and school readiness. We strive to keep things fun and interesting for our students. Teachers are responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities. You will have to create learning experiences both indoors and outdoors. Class cleanliness is a must, your class must be well kept and sanitized daily. Qualifications:
Center Requirements:
- Overall supervision of children under your care
- Consideration of each child’s needs
- Implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Maintaining a well-kept and sanitized classroom
- Maintaining overall professional personal appearance
- Assist in other capacities the director and office Admins. See necessary
- Complete required Training hours
- Follow all local, state and federal Laws
- Follow Texas minimum standards
- Must pass FBI background check
- Flexible Hours
- Associate Degree and above and CDA certification preferred
