Summerfield Tea Bar is opening a new location in La Habra, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all daily operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high levels of service.

- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet and exceed company standards.

- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage cash register operations and reconcile daily sales.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a management role within the food or beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and basic math skills.

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.

- Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a café setting is preferred but not required.
