Pay Rate - Starting base pay $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Continued assessment of residents to promptly address any issues regarding the resident's health
- Work with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the residents plan of care is followed and updated according to their individual needs
- Communicate with third party providers and family to address any issues arising which would be applicable to their health and wellbeing
Skills
- Compassion and a passion for helping others is a must!
- Multitasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
- Excellent concept of HIPPA and confidentiality standards
- Experience with PCC or similar EMAR system preferred
- Licensed by the Louisiana Board of Practical Examiners in good standing
- CPR/BLS
