We're looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated individual to join our growing team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, marketing, customer service, and staying organized.
As our Brand & Operations Assistant, you'll help bring our businesses to life online while also supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes. You'll primarily work with Summer Vibes Tan & Spa, while also assisting with other business projects as needed.
What You'll Do:
- Create engaging TikToks, Reels, Facebook, and Instagram content
- Capture photos and videos of products, services, and promotions
- Help brainstorm marketing ideas, giveaways, and special events
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist salon guests
- Help with office, administrative, and organizational tasks
- Keep the salon clean, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Assist with projects for our other local businesses when needed

- Loves social media and keeping up with trends
- Is comfortable being on camera—or behind it
- Has a positive attitude and outgoing personality Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Enjoys learning new skills and wearing multiple hats
- Wants to be part of growing local businesses and making a real impact
Hours will be Monday-Friday 11am-4pm (subject to change)
Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, photography, or customer service is a plus but a great attitude, creativity, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
Pay: From $15.16 per hour
