Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, customer service principles, and phone etiquette is essential.
- Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
