Evening/Weekend Team Members
- Customer service (VERY important)
- Cleaning (including dishes)
- Prep work & restocking
- Packaging & labeling cookies
- Keep shop clean, stocked & running smoothly
Quick Advancement to Shift Lead (Evening Focus) Possible
- Lead the shift and support the team
- Ensure all shift & closing tasks are completed correctly and completely
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and flow of operations
- Communicate clearly with team and management
- Step in wherever needed (customer service, prep, cleaning, etc.)

Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members.
