Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families warmly upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient information and update EHR records
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing questions
- Coordinate with medical staff to support efficient patient flow
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate and comfortable working with children and families
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
