Qualifications

- Practical understanding of horticulture, including care of dwarf conifers, rhododendron, native plants, and other flowering shrubs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced outdoor work environment.
- Comfort working in varying weather conditions and performing hands-on physical tasks such as lifting, moving containers, and operating nursery equipment safely.
- Basic proficiency with record-keeping and inventory systems; familiarity with order processing or simple business software is beneficial.
