Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, including raspa drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the stand, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with food preparation, including portioning, packaging, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and food safety practices.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answer questions about products, and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning stations.
