WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR SUMMER CONSULTANTS
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and on schedule
- Verify vendor information, purchase orders, and task agreements
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
- Support monthly reconciliations and job cost tracking
- Assist with backup invoicing, collections, and administrative support as needed
- Help ensure accounting operations run smoothly and reliably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven reliability and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfort working within structured processes and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to learn accounting software systems quickly
- Bookkeeping, accounting support, or related experience preferred
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- Minimum two years of professional work experience
- Ability to work in office five (5) days per week
