Job Summary
- The Warranty Parts Specialist is responsible for overseeing and administering the company’s
- warranty parts process across all business channels, supporting product readiness, warranty
- resolution, vendor coordination, and ongoing parts management. This role is also responsible for
- serving as the primary owner of warranty parts operations, ensuring accurate identification,
- sourcing, validation, documentation, and support of replacement parts throughout the product
- lifecycle.
- Owns and manages the warranty parts process from product development through
- Partners with cross-functional teams to support warranty parts readiness prior to product
- Identifies, documents, sources, and maintains warranty parts and related specifications
- Maintains and continuously improves the centralized Warranty Parts Library, ensuring
supporting documentation.
- Coordinates with domestic and international vendors to obtain accurate part
- Manages and responds to warranty parts requests through appropriate systems, ensuring
- Performs physical validation of parts and materials as needed, including inventory
replacement options.
- Evaluates returned materials and products for reuse, cannibalization, or alternate
- Analyzes warranty-related trends, recurring issues, and process gaps, providing
lower overall warranty costs.

- Ability to balance administrative, analytical, and hands-on operational responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and timelines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with domestic and international vendors.
- Experience using workflow, inventory, and operational systems, including Jira, Syspro,
- Experience managing centralized parts documentation within SharePoint, Microsoft Lists,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
