What We Offer
- Communicates with Departmental supervisors regarding status of orders.
- Meets with Production Manager daily regarding daily shipments and obtacles.
- Unloads incoming shipments, checking to ensure correct quantity and labelling matches inbound paperwork.
- Inspects all inbound shipments for freight damage and reports any damage to appropriate parties.
- Picks, packs, and loads customer orders following established processes.
- Doublechecks the carton quality of picked orders prior to loading.
- Returns all misplaced and erroneously pulled items to proper bin location.
- Consolidates bin locations, as directed.
- Maintains proper stack height of all products.
- Adheres to published housekeeping responsibilities for designated area.
- Assists in additional housekeeping duties for the department including keeping work areas and all bin locations clear as needed to ensure safety.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Processing inbound/outbound shipments
- Ensuring quality of product picked and loaded for customers
- Upholding inventory accuracy
- Maintaining proper stack height and bin accuracy
- Maintaining clean and orderly work environment per safety and housekeeping protocol
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of warehouse experience is required.
- Experience using warehouse equipment such as hand truck/dolly, pallet jack, order picker required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform warehouse duties such as: picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. at any given time.
- Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, assisting other departments, and working overtime (based on business needs).
- Basic math skills.
- Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
