Summary:
Performs general cleaning. Removes waste from assigned work area. Cleans restrooms and restocks supplies. Cleans floors. Performs cleaning of special assignments. Reports needed repairs to AST, Supervisor or completes ASAP form. Maintains a clean and safe environment
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience:
- Experience desirable, but not required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be cooperative.
- Must have knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
- Must be able to adjust to changes and be able to follow instructions, oral and written.
· Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
