Summary:
Provides direct support to the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in the candidate selection, hiring and on-boarding process. Serves as a resource for other areas of Human Resources.

Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Education Required:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Human Resources or closely related field required; commensurate years of experience in Human Resources can be substituted for the Associate Degree requirement.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience & Training:
- Strong computer skills
- Recruitment experience in a healthcare environment preferred
