Tests, diagnoses, and calibrates a wide range of biomedical equipment in addition to support of Radiology equipment.
Formal Education Required
$27.49/hr - $32.99/hr

Formal Education Required
- Associate degree in Biomedical/Electronic Technology or closely related field of study.
- Three (3) years imaging experience.
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally with equipment users, manufacturer s representatives, vendors, and others.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to calibrate and repair sensitive electronic equipment.
- Ability to work well within a team environment by: accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback; supporting team goals and encouraging other team members; and collaborating with departmental team members to consolidate work, solve problems, create new methods, and/or reduce costs.
- Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
