Role Requirements for an AT&T Sales & Marketing Associate:
- Run face-to-face outreach campaigns that put our clients' brand in front of the right customers at the right time
- Present AT&T's service offerings in a way that actually makes sense for the person in front of you
- Build genuine rapport with prospects, listen to what they actually need, and guide them toward the package that fits
- Close sales, complete accurate enrollments on the spot, and make sure every customer leaves the interaction feeling good about their decision
- Represent our clients' brand professionally in the field
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets, track your own numbers, and show up to team development sessions ready to get better
