As an AT&T Associate, you will engage directly with customers to identify their telecommunications requirements and offer customized solutions using AT&T products and services. Key Responsibilities for AT&T Associate:
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their telecommunications needs
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on AT&T products and services, staying current with the latest offerings
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by effectively presenting AT&T solutions
Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits and features of AT&T services to support informed decision-making
Sales Support: Provide both pre- and post-sales support, including account setup assistance and basic troubleshooting
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
Qualifications for the AT&T Associate:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
