Dishwasher Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean, sort, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Hand-wash specialty items such as wooden cutting boards, grill pans, and delicate dishware
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils is available at all times, especially during busy service periods
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, including detergents and sanitizing products
- Dispose of trash and recycling regularly
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, shelves, and work areas
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen support role preferred
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing machines and kitchen sanitation practices
- Ability to follow directions and assist with various kitchen tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Be able to work for Saturday dinner and Sunday dinner, or Friday dinner and Saturday dinner
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
