We are expanding our network of independent Architects to provide services locally and remotely. As part of our platform, you will be connected to a global network of designers and listed on our local referral network. You will be matched with clients based on your expertise and availability, working independently or in collaboration with other professionals. Compensation is project-based, aligning with market demand and your availability.

Our Unique Operation Model
- Client Connections: Our platform connects you with clients, handling all marketing, administrative tasks, document automation, communications, project management, payments, invoices, contracts, and more. You'll meet clients remotely or locally to understand their needs and provide a statement of work. Projects may also be assigned internally. You can review the scope of work before accepting or declining a project. Upon acceptance, you will enter a direct project contract and begin work on drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Project Management: All project management and communications occur on our platform, ensuring project history is tracked. You are supported by a global network of experts, including drafters, designers, and engineers. This collaboration prevents burnout and provides opportunities for income growth.

What you’ll do:
- Meet prospective clients locally and remotely to discuss their project needs
- Develop and provide drawings to existing and potential clients
- Ensure planning and design meet the client's requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings showing the appearance and interior structure
- Direct staff in the development of project drawings
- Visit worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plan
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Small and medium scale, multi-use project experience is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
