Job Description
- 12–17 years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master/Agile Delivery experience.
- Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory; Wealth Management is preferred.
- Hands-on Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience leading greenfield projects from scratch and establishing Agile processes.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, cloud/infrastructure, security, SDLC, and application architecture.
- Work closely with Architects, Developers, Data, Security, QA, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP / CSM / PSM / SAFe preferred.
