Role Overview:
We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
- Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
- Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI)
- Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
- Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
- Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Mandatory
- Banking domain experience (Retail / Lending / Customer onboarding / KYC)
- Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud
- Agentforce (AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Einstein AI)
- Omni-Channel (routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity)
