Job Title: IVR Engineer

Duration: 6 month contract to hire 

Location: Hybrid in Weldon Springs, MO

Visa: (must be local)

Interview : Video 

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience as an IVR Engineer 
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect 
  • Open to candidates with experience in platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Cisco CVP/UCCE, NICE InContact, Avaya, etc.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and deployments
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and scripting is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • AWS cloud experience
  • Lambda, Lex, Contact Flows, or related Amazon Connect services
  • Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
