Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Property Showing Agent based in Stockton/Modesto, CA. The Property Showing Agent will be responsible for conducting property tours for potential tenants, answering inquiries, and assisting clients with rental applications. Additional responsibilities include maintaining property showrooms, ensuring properties are in presentable condition, coordinating schedules, and providing professional and courteous customer service. Qualifications
- Valid real estate salesperson license
