The (Field) Service Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of field service engineers who provide technical support, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in field operations.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4 junior to experienced expert-level roles.

Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6 years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management experience.
Ability to travel and work in field environments.
